affiliate managers receiving multiple notifications even no orders are placed

We are using the AffiliateWP plugin with woocommerce plugin integration.

Affiliate managers receive multiple notifications even if there are no orders placed in the system. this issue was raising since last week. I checked email logs, some times multiple referrals earned mail notifications are sent continuously even no orders in the system
Can you please help us where to debug this? or is there any cron job need to check
