    Hello, I did prepare a .csv file to import products to my website.
    However, I cannot find the reason why it is telling me that an error occured.
    Moreover, there is not log file to see what is the specific reason for this error.
    I have noticed that when I save the excel from xlxs to csv the SKU column changes to scientific mode, is that a reason for error??

    There are chances of the error to occur if there are any issues in the CSV data and when an internal error occurs on the site due to a fatal error or execution timeout. To check this issue further can you please share the below-mentioned data with us?
    1. Importing CSV file
    2. Import log file
    3. System status report

    You can share those data by uploading it to Google Drive or WeTransfer or any similar service and sharing the link.

    I have exported the .csv file from the export feature to test and I have only changed the price for one product while leaving the other fields as they were from the export of the plugin.
    However, when I import, I get this same error : “Unknown error has occured! Refer to our troubleshooting guide for assistance.”

    I don’t have any fatal error logs for today since I have tried it now.
    By the way, I am using the free version, does it matter?
    Please if you can help me asap.
