    Facebook for WooCommerce error:
    Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘4538245759600965’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    The only problem im getting is to update a product that was in sale and now it not.
    I put the regular price back and deleted the sale price but its still showing on instagram after sale being deleted.

    How can i fix this error? not sure if this is related to that error.

  • Hello,

    For the most part, this means that Facebook for WooCommerce is trying to update a product using an ID that doesn’t exist on Facebook, also it could be that the link between your product on WooCommerce and Facebook catalog is broken due to several reasons, (e.g. a synchronization issue).

    When you open the Facebook Product Sync section what happens? Can you click it to see if the product loads fine?

    Also, you can click on reset the Facebook metadata for the product, and then click Save to resync the product.

    If that does not work, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Hi dear thanks for the fast reply, reseting facebook metadata not worked.

    Thank you for the System Report.

    Please navigate to Marketing → Facebook → Connection on your site, and enable debug mode by checking Log plugin events for debugging.

    Next, please go to your Facebook catalog on facebook.com and delete the product from your Facebook catalog manually.
    Once you’ve done that, proceed to Marketing → Facebook → Product sync on your site and click the Sync products button.

    Once the process has completed (it can take some time), please check your catalog to see if your product has updated. If so, all is good, and you can disable the debug mode.

    On the form, please choose the option “Help with my extensions” and pick the name of the extension from the drop-down menu.
