    Hi, whenever I enable “Use updated calendar designs” function in the DISPLAY settings, next/previous and list/month/day switcher doesn’t work, it starts to load, but nothing happens

    Maybe you can help me out? I tried everything, disabling all other plugins, etc. nothing works

    Hi @bakoline, it seems like your plugin is still using v1 views Legacy views which we do not provide support anymore due to bugs like these that are complicated for us to track down and fix.

    Please take a look at the article above about why we are no longer supporting that version of our codebase. There’s also instruction and a video that could help you migrate.

    @abzlevelup I do not understand. I switched to new views, I don’t need legacy views. But it doesn’t work as I described in above posts

    So question is would you help me fixing it or not?

    For me to help you better could you provide me the direct URL to your website?

    Moreover, I suspect that there could be a plugin or theme that’s causing the issue here. Would be good if you could do the test for conflicts. Here’s a handy article that should be able to identify conflicts. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

    @abzlevelup I have already gone through with testing.

    1. I tested on Twenty Twenty theme
    2. Only 1 plugin is active and it’s The Events Calendar plugin

    the problem is still there

    Hi @bakoline, thanks for getting back to me here. Appreciate you doing the testing for conflicts. Since you already tried it with the default theme and with just The Events Calendar plugin only activated, I suspect that it could also be caching. I investigated further, and I noticed you are using Cloudflare.

    Could your try clearing Cloudflare Caching and browser cache? It would also be good if you could clear any third-party caching plugins if you have any.

    @abzlevelup I confirm I while testing and leaving on only theme and events calendar plugin, I cleared every kind of cache, tested with incognito browser etc. It doesn’t work anyways
