Not returning Priority Mail rates

So far there has been two other people who commented here with the same issue, but the mods deleted their posts. Can we get some assistance? This plugin has been whack for a long time now.

Stylise, yes they deleted my post. Can you let me know where to find the paid plugin you are now using? I couldn’t find it by searching.

This happened last time USPS raised their rates and it was the API key that needed updating, but support said it was not that this time around. However, it seems to happen every time USPS has a rate change.

@elfstacy Interesting, I didn’t realize that the rate increase happened on the same day that the plugin stopped returning Priority rates. It happened around midnight, so that actually could be a probable cause.
