• Hello,

I encountered a problem while I was using the plugin Redirection. I’ve used it normally for about 15 minutes, then with no reason the plugin completly bugged.

    It says :

Quelque chose s’est mal passé ??
Unexpected token < in JSON at position 4 (SyntaxError)

And I have some lines of code as well as a screenshot I’ld be happy to share with you in a private message.

Since then we have tried some things on the website and we realized that when we desactivate the plugin Cerber, the plugin Redirection works perfectly well.
However, we need Cerber to be activate on the site.
Apparently the plugin blocks requests to the REST API. Would you know how to remove this so that it stops blocking that ?

Just so you know we have the last version of the plugin Redirection : 5.2.3, the plugin Cerber (9.0) and the last one of WordPress : 6.0.

Thank you so much for your help !

    Regards

    Hi!

Actually, you need to direct your request to the Redirection plugin author. If you want to find a workaround for the issue via the WP Cerber configuration, you need to reset the WP Cerber settings to their defaults. You can do that on the “Tools” / “Manage settings”. Once you’ve done that, test your redirections and, if they work normally, you need to start enabling WP Cerber features one by one to find the conflicting one. But if the issue persists after resetting settings, you need to check the Activity log for blocked requests from your IP address and see the reason for blocked requests.
