How important are these folders?

    Hi!

    We’re trying to create a staging copy of our website for migration to a new domain but ran out of disk space. We were asked if we would like to copy the files / folders below to the staging site or leave them behind, but we’re not sure of how necessary they will be to the staging site that will eventually be pushed to live.

    Can you please look at the names of the files / folders below and let us know, if possible, whether these are files or folders that should be copied to the staging site or if these are files or folders that are okay to leave behind to save on disk space?

    Some notes were provided to hopefully provide a bit of context.

    /s (folder contains an .htaccess file)

    /plugins (we’re using some SEO plugins that the data of which we’d like to keep)

    /web (folder contains an .ftpquota file)

    From what i can see you wont be needing many of the above files if you’re trying to save space on the new staging site.

    But you can copy the below directory as they might be used/created by a plugin on your site.

    /imagify-backup
    /test
    manifest.json
    sg.txt
    /shwcinq__v1a
    /web
    /languages
    OneSignalSDKUpdaterWorker.js
    /shwcinq__vX.X.X

    If you’re using some SEO plugins that the data of which you’d like to keep) this would be located on your htdocs/wp-content/plugins on the SEO PLUGIN directory.
