    I received this message from paypal support. Can someone please guide me on how to fix this? Thank you so much!

    Thank you for the additional details. There is an issue with your plugin used when capturing the payment. I found in our logs the below error:
    "message": "The request payload is not supported",
        "name": "UNSUPPORTED_MEDIA_TYPE"

    In the capture API call, they are not passing "Content-Type: application/json". This is a coding error they will need to fix and our documentation on this is found here <a href="https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#orders_capture" rel="noopener" target="_blank">https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#orders_capture</a>. Please reach out to your plugin provider for further resolution.

    Thanks so much, Chad. I will open a ticket with support. I’m not using Tickets Commerce, just the basic plugin.

    Hello again,

    You are very welcome. Still, go ahead and submit the support request, but I’m curious, how are you are connecting Stripe if not using Tickets Commerce?

    Thank you so much,
    Chad

    Ok, I looked again, yes I’m using Tickets Commerce. I wasn’t sure what that was, but I looked and that’s how I made the connection to paypal (not Stripe). Yes, I went ahead and submitted the support request – thank you for suggesting that. Gail

    I didn’t actually start a ticket because it wouldn’t let me create an account. I sent it through the chat on the home page of the plugin. Is that ok?

    Hello,

    A colleague just shared the ticket with me. I will get back to you there with some questions.

    Thanks so much!
    Chad
