    Hi,

    I have a message in my WP admin (since the last update of the plugin I think) saying:
    “Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp, visit the plugin settings page and synchronize your store.”
    I visited the settings and synchronized my store and it seems to work (I see in the plugin overview “Success! You are connected to Mailchimp” and I also received an email saying “WooCommerce + Mailchimp: Order sync complete”) but the message does not disappear in the WP admin.
    Is something wrong?

  • +1 Same thing. I get that message on most dashboard pages. But in WP-admin dashboard > Woocommerce > Mailchimp > Overview tab it shows as connected and synchronized and I do not see the same message. I even resyncronized it and the message found on the other admin dashboard panels still shows, while the MC for Woo shows Synchronization Status: Complete etc.

    There’s a few of us with the same issue over at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/mailchimp-for-woocommerce-has-not-added-the-webhook-to-mailchimp-visit-the/page/2/#post-15823741
    None of the suggested fixes seem to have worked for anybody yet so I suspect we’re going to have to wait for the next update.

    @fotske @acal @thewebsmiths do you mind trying something on your machine as a test for this one particular bug?

    If you could add ryan(at)vextras.com as an admin, I can do this for you by editing the plugin code in 2 files.

    I would really like to see if this one particular tweak we’re going to make will be good for your servers before pushing another release and it’s a fairly simple process.

    Hi i was having exactly the same issue, but I deleted an re installed the plugin and now when i click on the green button “connect account” nothing happens. I searched for this behaviour on this forum and its not new, but in this case i dnt have any error on the browser console log. Can you help?

    Hi @voxoff @metuza @thewebsmiths @acal, thanks for your patience while our team researched this issue further. We’ve issued a new version of the plugin (v2.7.1) that should resolve the problem being experienced. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes?

    hi @khungate thanks for the feedback, i updated the plugin in but when. I click on the green button “connect account” nothing happens.

    @voxoff would you care to start fresh just to make sure there’s not some sort of caching issue? First, uninstall the plugin. Next clear your browser cache (or try another browser altogether). Lastly, reinstall the plugin and see if that fixes your issue.

    @khungate Something is preventing the pop up from opening in my theme, tried with storefront and it’s all good! Thanks

    I have been having the same issue. I have updated the plugin, which unfortunately didn’t work. I then uninstalled the plugin, switched to a new browser, reinstalled and finally resynced it. All of this to no avail though because it still seems to have the same issue.

    @csky45 can you provide your store URL and activate the remote diagnostics toggle from the ‘Settings’ tab in the plugin? We’ll see if we can spot anything.

    @khungate It seems to be working now. I had to restore a backup (for an entirely different reason) and updated everything again. After updating I am no longer seeing the message.

    I am still having this issue. Running the version 2.7.1. What’s the fix?

    Any news on this issue? Version 2.7.1 did not help for any of my 2 sites.
