[Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] transfer form settings from one site to another?

after building a site had to move it to a different domain using a different webhost. couldn’t do a straight database backup-restore for a variety of tiresome reasons. rebuilt most of the site by hand.

SO … is there a way to copy just the settings of the two forms from the old site over to the new? there are a lot of custom fields that i’d rather not recreate — but i can’t overwrite the whole sql database at this point because i’ll lose everything that’s already been done manually on the new site.

latest version of the plugin is on both sites.
