Code showing latest post instead of page text.

So I’m working on this site: https://reservation-telephone-company.pivotgroupdev.com and in the footer there is a region that has a “BEK” icon and some text to the right of it. I’m trying to make this area editable by using the code below, as I do on other pages. But lately I’ve been encountering this issue (on other sites too) where instead of pulling the current page data, it’s pulling the most recent post. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and I’m hoping someone can shed light on the matter for me?
