FB sharing meta tags on blog homepage

Hi – I can get facebook sharing format working ok on a single page but how do I get it to work on a blog homepage that has multiple entries on the page, as it always just grabs the Meta description+title content from the blog homepage title?

(using addthis.com rather than a plugin)
