Home Page Sections not working

My client chose your theme, based on the demo referred to, but not linked from, your WordPress listing. One feature they wanted was the “pre-made designed Home page with 7+ inner page sections.” This feature shows up in the Customizer, but does not follow through to the home page. I see that there are settings to turn the sections on and off, but they still don’t show up on the home page.
What are we missing?
