Shortcode or Widget wont show on mobile or tablet

    Dear Juan Girini

    I’m using this plugin in the header of the page but it doesn’t show on mobile or tablet. desktop works perfect. Tried with shortcode or widget but same happens. Any ideas?
    in the customizer screen. I can see the space where the widget should be, next to the navigation buttom, but it shows just the blank.

    Hi Pedro,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Let me ask you a question, are you using two widgets, one on the desktop and another on the mobile each on a different widget area? If that is the case, which I think it is, then it’s due to a limitation we have on the plugin, currently, this plugin only allows one instance of itself.
    Could you please confirm?

    This is something we plan to change soon, but still not available in the current version.

    Hi Pedro,

    There is a workaround for getting the widget in the menu. If you have only one menu you can get it to work with a plugin that allows you to add a shortcode into a menu like this one -> https://pt.www.ads-software.com/plugins/shortcode-in-menus/
    So, what you need to do is:
    1. Install that plugin
    2. Take out the Automatic translator widgets from wherever you have them
    3. Go to the Appearance -> Menus and add the shortcode just like this https://ibb.co/xJKyF3g
