Ajax add to cart on prod page does not fire Pixel code

  • When I turn on the Ajax add to cart any pixel that fires from a single product page returns invalid or missing results.

    I was able to include the interest tag test with and without:

    With Ajax on:

Enhanced Match: Unverified

    Without:

    Any help would be amazing!

    We first checked that the provided product no longer existed, which does not help us investigate the problem.

    Furthermore, the event you reported that included the error was not our Cart all in one event (https://i.ibb.co/mXytX5f/image-104.png). As a result, we recommend you check if you encounter this issue after installing WooCommerce and our plugin. Please keep us updated.

    Sorry about that, that was an internal test product. this behavior is seen on any product.

    To test to see if it works I simply flip off the ajax add to cart option in your plugin and the pixel fires correctly. Once I turn on ajax add to cart in your plugin to does not.

    Hi,

    We assume this problem is caused by a conflict with a 3rd plugin on your site; could you please try activating only our plugin and WooCommerce to see if the problem persists?

    Sorry for the delay. I was able to test using troubleshooting mode with the storefront theme, woo commerce, the pinterest plugin (that adds the tags), and your cart plugin.

    When the cart is set to ajax mode tag information for add to cart information is not loaded. When turning off ajax it is. As tag usage is critical for advertising I am really hoping to get this fixed without losing the ajax functionality.
