AUTO POST TO INSTAGRAM ERROR

same problem here – on version .28 i’m not able to post to instagram and facebook (groups/pages)
Had to re-fall on an ancient version of the plugin to reactivate the functionality.
Seems like they relaunched the support, so will be patient for couple of days before testing a new similar plugin.

This looks like “403 Forbidden” error. Please check/update your login or session info.

doubled/tripple checked the credentials and still got same error on instagram.

Had to downgrade to Plugin Version: 4.3.19 [Pro] to get Facebook working (all other versions are giving errors)

if i show u i sent 5 tickets and never got any answer

some are over 9 months open thgis case over 20 days no answer on “premium support”

As we said (right in the plugin’s description), we took almost 2 years break with the plugin support and development. We are sorry for that, but no one was looking at tickets 9 months ago. Plugin is back now, so we can fix your issue if you want.

i created ticket as well with credentials to deep into the facebook/instagram issues on latest versions.

This problem has been fixed in the latest API version 4.5.17. Please go to the Help/Support page and click “[Check for API Update]”

no it has not totally
now Facebook stopped working with the new API (even facebook in old version .19).
But instagram is working..
