problem old ticket old website in new ticket new website (same account)

  • We had a site on siteground (pigroup.it) with your free SupportCandy plugin. We have created another site (picomputers.it), always on siteground with the same account, and we have installed your SupportCandy free plugin again.
    All right but when new tickets are created it brings with it the old tickets from the old site.
    Why? ..
    How can I reset old tickets that no longer exist?
