Did not receive Push Notification

    Hi,

    I use Firefox and Chrome on my Android handy, received optin and thank you notification, but did NOT get the following notification. It has an image with 512px * 286px. Is perhaps the image the reason for not getting the push?

    You once wrote on Post

    1- Make sure your OS/Browser is not blocking display of notifications. Example for Windows here
    2- Clear your browsing history

    Is this “Clear your browsing history” necessary for the user to start getting the Optin or at what time should he clear it? I see that you have to inform the user about 1. and 2. BEFORE starting with the whole push notification process. But how can you do it?

    It would be nice if you have a solution to this.

    Hi Albert,

    There could be various reasons for not receiving push notifications:

    1- Please make sure your OS is not on silent mode and is receiving push notifications.
    2- Check the demo page on our website to see if you are able to receive push.
    3- Turn ON Welcome Notifications and then subscribe to push on your site and see if you receive welcome push.
