Mail Sent Failed

    Hi, Dears.
    I’ve recently configured the Zoho Mail plugin on my 2 sites: https://monicabatsukh.com/, https://academy.monicabatsukh.com/. Successfully authorized. I’m a Administrator role in Zoho.
    But when I try to send a test mail, this error message appeared: “Mail Sending Failed” and an email is not being sent.

    I can’t find out the reason for this problem. Please help me.

    Appreciated, if you could check whether any other plugins which are present in WordPress are overwriting the ‘wp_mail’ functionality by disabling them all and only using the Zoho Mail WordPress plugin.`

    If the issue persists, drop an email to support(AT)zohomail(DOT)com for further analysis & assistance.

    Zoho supports helped via remote session. The problem was solved. Thank you.
