Backup never completes for 1 site, but works on 4 other sites

    Hello,

    I have 5 websites that have worked just fine with this plugin for a long time. Then suddenly it stopped working for my https://www.leavethedetailstome.com website. Last backup was June 28th.

    Troubleshooting performed: I deactivated it and logged out of WP and logged back in and it still doesn’t work. I let it run for almost 48 hours and still never completed. I also tried manual updates using “run now” and also tried letting it go according to its schedule.

    Any thoughts why it would stop working on one site and not for the others?

    All sites are: WP V. 6.0.1, all using Divi theme, and all BUWP Plugins V. 3.13.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Thank you for your assistance. I apologize, I meant to post this issue for the plugin “BackUpWordPress,” not UpdraftPlus, and am I still having the same issue.

    @bcrodua I looked at the BackUpWordPress plugin page and they suggested backing up files and database separately to see if one has an issue and one doesn’t. From that I discovered the files don’t backup, but the database had no issues.

    It tried to find the backup log like you suggested and that is how I discovered I had posted in the wrong forum. Do you know how to find those in BackUpWordPress? I couldn’t find them.
