Template issue with FSE themes in Multisite installation

    Hi. I am experiencing template issues when using Full Site Editing themes in a multisite WordPress environment and wondered if anyone else had experienced the same issues and/or had a resolution for them. This appears to be independent of the theme used.

    I use the Site Editor to make basic changes to my theme, for example, uploading and resizing a logo in the header, adding Navigation to the header, and applying basic colour changes to the header.

    I save these, confirming that I want to update the Header Template Part.

    I then look at the live site, and the changes are reflected.

    However, if I then click Edit Site, to make further template changes, I am taken back to the Site Editor, and all of my changes have been removed, from styling through to navigation and, whilst the uploaded logo remains, the resizing aspect has also been lost.

    Anyone else have any experience of this?
