    Just a quick clarification question, how does the plugin grab the user’s email address if they’ve not submitted the checkout form yet? Or does it just grab it when the user leaves the page?

    MailPoet will only send WooCommerce abandoned cart emails to people who are already on your list, ensuring that you stay compliant with the law.

    Guest users won’t receive this email unless they are subscribed to one of your lists and have clicked on a link in one of your previous campaigns.

    Hi, ah okay thanks. How does the plugin know if the user is subscribed to the list if they haven’t submitted the checkout form yet?

    Does it recognise the user via cookies or something?
