    hi,

    we currently have the problem that some customers are assigned the same customer number. about 130 people have the customer number 1 and there are many others who are like that.
    what can be the reason for this problem we have difficulties in our billing program

    I understand that some of your customers are assigned the same customer number.

    Could you please share an uncropped screenshot of the customer number, you can blur your customer details? You can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
