Good Software but some room for improvement

I like the software. I own the professional version. It integrates very well with WP Fusion and till now it was so far reliable.
What has already been mentioned: The documentation is all over the place. Lots of support requests would have been avoided by a more detailed documentation. For instance you do not know when a sequence is considered to be triggered. Is it when the automation triggers it or is it when the first email is sent?
Further the support is “okay”. Sometimes you do not get replies. You need to ask twice and then they say: we are on public holidays, etc. And if your problem is not solved in the easy way the support somehow fades out. Reply times get longer, etc.
I would wish they charged twice or triple the current price but invest in a better documentation and in more support staff.
The design of the app is very good and I am very pleased by it. However being a professional company also requires a professional business team.
In future I might improve this review. But for now it is what it is.
