Im looking for a cool plugin which can:

-Bulk Import
If you have a directory full of files or a zip file, you can import those files all at once into.

-Automatic Post Creation
The administrator can allow automatic generation of a post linked to the file for ongoing discussion or support.

– Group permissions control the access levels of your members.
