10 Web Plugin not working on my site

    I installed the 10Web Booster plugin for my WordPress site. It is however not working. Although it shows the site is connected it also shows 0 o 6 pages optimized. If I try to add a URL I get an error: “URL doesn’t exist”. Also if I go to the settings tab it does not respond.

    Thank you for posting the question.

    I am very sorry for the late answer. We were trying to understand what is causing the issue.

    It seems that you are using Cloudflare and have the Bot Fight Mode option enabled, in your Cloudflare dashboard that has blocked our service’s IP addresses.

    Please navigate to Security > WAF(Web Application Firewall). Click on the Tools tab and enter the 10Web IP addresses mentioned in this article “Troubleshooting disabled API” to whitelist them. As soon as you whitelist the IP addresses, it will start working again. Let me know if it helped.
