Still showing sale prices since sale ending

I understand that your Facebook catalog still shows the sale price even after the sale has ended.

If your plugin is update and the issue persists, I would suggest resetting your products with the snippet provided in this documentation . Once your products have finished resetting you can disable the snippet.

How to add it? I recommend using the code snippet plugin

If this does not help, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

@danndumia thanks I tried that but it didn’t work unfortunately. As recommended in one of the other threads, I ended up changing the sale price to $0, saving it and then removing the sale price and saving again. That is the only thing which worked. Thankfully I noticed it was actually only a couple of products. Would be a pain to do if it was all products.

Good to know that problem could be resolved for now, in an unusual way though.

Should the problem recur, we recommend checking whether you have a caching plugin and then purging all cache from it. Next, you’ll want to configure the plugin not to cache the cart, checkout, and My Account pages. Here’s a helpful guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

You will also have your host purge and disable server-side caching if any.
