Attributes not showing for Simple product to choose from

    I created a list of attributes which are the colors for the customer to choose from thinking that this would create a list for the customer to choose from but it doesn’t. The list only shows up on the ‘Additional Information’ tab. Do I have to change the product from a ‘Simple product’ to a ‘Variable product’ in order to allow customers to choose a color even though that’s the only option they choose?

    If you want your customer to choose/select a particular attribute before adding the product to the cart, you will need to create a Variable product for that purpose.
