Email not received when trying to export stock report

Thank you for reaching out.

As a first step, could you please confirm if the email address of the user requesting the report is set correctly at Users → Profile?

If correct, if you go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions, do you see any Pending actions with the woocommerce_admin_report_export hook?

If so, are you able to manually run the action? It should show a Run button when you hover over it with your mouse.

The screenshot shows that exporting the report has been successfully completed each time. If the email address is set correctly, can you please check if the emails are landing into the spam/junk folder?

If that is not the case either, then please go through this thread for insights: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/change-stock-export-mail/ , and share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can check further. (WooCommerce > Status>Get system report)

I actually received the Stock report email once, but most of the time it didn’t show up in the mailbox.
The other user clicked the download button with her account and same issue.

Checking the screenshot you provided, it looks like your report was generated without a hitch and should have been delivered to your email. I would suggest reaching out to the Post SMTP plugin support since you are using the plugin to deliver the emails generated by your WordPress site.
