Hi. I need to look up how to do specific things and how to work with flexbox. Videos take a reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyyyy lllllloooooooonnnnnnngggggggg tiiiimmmmmme to watch. Videos are no good if you need to look up specific things. Is there any documentation? I will never have time to watch a bunch of irrelevant content before (hopefully) finding the info I need in a video. Videos are HORRIBLE for finding specific info you need. Videos only? No way! I’ll find a different plugin. I’m also having a problem with Greenshift elements overlapping with the Yoast SEO section, which makes it hard to work with Greenshift elements. I can’t even see the child containers. Thanks.

Hi. I can’t see what we can show in documentation because all blocks are intuitive and have descriptions for each field and section. Also, all extra options are exactly the same as the design and CSS standards. For example, if you need to understand how flexbox flexbox is working.

If you have some specific problem, please, send details

For text documentation, we are adding them here

Hi. I’m familiar with flexbox because I use Bricks Builder. Not everything in your UI for flexboxes is intuitive. The documentation you linked to is for flexbox in general, and not anything specific to your interface. I find it very easy to work with flexbox using Bricks.

I don’t think that something can be more intuitive than direct icons which shows how content will be aligned and also labels under each icon.

Please, explain more details why you can’t use it

I highly recommend giving people guidance on how to begin the learning curve. Step 1. Step 2. Etc etc etc. In the other thread, you gave me two resources for getting started. That’s great. Make sure everyone else gets those two resources, too, if those are the fundamentals. Otherwise, people will have to make guesses about which of your YouTube videos will be most relevant, if they even know you have any videos. What you need is not just video and text documentation, but a sequence of steps to follow. Once they have the basics, then can come a “How to make a hero section” and things like that (here’s a great example of good teaching style that provides a solid foundation for design: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84CUO-tpEMk). That’s after they know whether to start with a row block, a container block, a grid lock, or whatever they need to start with, and how to prepare the theme to allow for the basic functions of the plugin to work.

Getting Started page with all important videos about all basic options of plugin is the first page which you see when you install Greenshift.

It’s just a collection of links, in seemingly random order. Making first-time users guess the order in which learn things (based on video titles) is hard on the user. I’m a techie. Not new to web development. A good process that saves people time on the learning curve is essential. I’ll send you a link to a page with your video box on it later. I thought you just wanted a video demonstrating the error message for that. Thanks.

It’s not a collection of random links, it’s a collection of videos with basic information on specific options of plugin. You sent example of youtube video from Bricks plugin, we have the same about Layout options and overview of design options. All of them are available on Getting Started page which you see when you activate the plugin.

Also, Greenshift is not standalone page builder, it’s a Gutenberg plugin, and it has a lot of tutorials. Check WordPress documentation

We will continue to add more tutorials including more specific. Thank you for suggestion
