The Text in the header first appears lower than the position it would take if the header were already loaded and then jumps up.
The Page Speed rating is good but I find this pretty irritating and think many people would too.
How can I fix this, I tried turning off every tickable box your Plugin has, but nothing changed this. Only when I disabled this plugin did it go back to normal

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

hmm, not sure if it’s related, but I see “jQuery is not defined” errors on the browser console, can you stop jQuery from being asynced (or deferred) for starters?

I don’t see any errors, on which site do you see the error message? However I still set the async Javascript plugin to exclude jquery now, is the error gone now on your side?

yes, the jQuery error is gone now (asyncing jQuery will have inconsistant results, as asynced JS can load early or can load later, depending on context/ network/ luck).

re. the header moving; that seems to have to do with the fonts being used in the top menu, I also see some movement when loading the pages (so not only when reloading), but I even see that when AO is not active (you can emulate that by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL). typically this can be fixed with some CSS-magic, setting the font-display value to something more convenient.

    hope this helps,
    frank

Hey, sorry for bothering you so much but do you know how I would go about doing that, I have the elementor free version and I am using global fonts for my site I dont see any option to edit font display inside elementor. Is it possible to just apply this to the whole body in the customizer?

I’m afraid that’s outside my own knowledge area as well, maybe check with Elementor support, they might be able to help?

By sheer accident i found it in the advanced section of the elementor settings. Thanks for identifying the problem
