    Hi @nesoor,

    Please go to?WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status?tab, and check the?Reinstall fonts?button. Then, try to open an invoice and check if it looks good.

    My fonts were stretched out and letters were on top of each other but reinstalling fonts fixed my problem as well.

    I have had this problem twice now. Reinstalling the fonts helps. But why is this problem occurring?

    Hi @rebelz,

    This happens when the plugin fonts on your site are deleted. Maybe some cleanup plugin have done this, or an accidentally manual deletion of the folder. If the first, find out if you can add an exception, so this doesn’t happen again. The folder you need to exclude from the cleanup is wp-content/uploads/wpo_wcpdf_xxxxxx.

    The x’s in the directory name are actually a random number that is used for each site. For example, this is the directory name on a test site:
