1 critical issue – The REST API encountered an error

I am facing the following issue:
There is no Rest API Error before I log in to my account or after logging in to my WordPress account.
1. The moment I open a page/post to update, The following Rest API error is generated in the Site Health Screen.
2. The Whole website goes slow
3. The Update and Preview button goes missing or does not respond
4. Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you are reconnected. This post is being backed up in your browser, just in case.
I have contacted Ezoic as my servers are mapped with them, I have also contacted HostGator (my website is hosted there originally) but no one is going to help me both are saying everything is OK from their end.
I have also deactivated all plugins and still the following error does not remove and the website is still slow.
After one hour, the website goes normal, but again I login and again I have to face these errors.This is the error I am receiving:
