Custom menus aren't showing up

Hi, I am trying to use the custom menu option and it worked initially. When I went to set one up for my subdirectory site, it won’t show up because the links, whether they are custom or pages that exist, all say (Draft) next to them. All the pages are published. The main site worked initially but I went to add in a new link and it says (Draft) next to it as well. Not sure where to look to fix this. My themes allow it, I had it working on my computer/localhost.
