Allow WPForm registration form get the data from users and non users

We are looking for a solution regarding the WPForms.
Scenario:

We have created the Registration form. But we want the same form can be submitted by the already log-in Uses.

We are using the pro version of( licensed ) WPForm.

Issue: If we create a registration form it not available for Logged In uses. Even if we make it available for Logged in Users, they cannot submit the form.

What we are looking for to skip the registration for Logged in users as well as registered already/not registered user can submit the same form an

If the email ID exists in the Database either any role, will skip registration and entry can be filled.

If email ID does not exist in the database, it simply follows the process, registering them, sending them user ID and password along with Auto response.
