    I cannot get this plugin to send me (the Admin) any emails about when I receive a new order through my Woocommernce site. Am I wrong in thinking I’m supposed to get it set up like that? What could I do to fix this issue?

    Hi @tarissa,

    Thanks for reaching out! Are you able to send test emails from the WP Mail SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools)?

    If so, you need to update the “Email sender options” under the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails area. Make sure to add the WP Mail SMTP authenticated “from email address” as your WooCommerce “from” address.

    If you don’t receive test emails, you need to configure a mailer on your site by following this guide.

    @darshanaw Thanks for your help. I sent a test email just now and it worked! However, I did not receive a email the two times this week that someone ordered from my website. Just a little confused by this.

    Hi @tarissa,

    Could you please check WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events section and see whether you can find any errors?

    You can also try forcing “from email address” under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings page.
