Message Function not working

We have tested and did not find any issues. Could you please make sure that you have configured the Profile page from “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> General” in the dashboard?

Yes, that page has been configured. It’s still not working. Do you have an example of what it should be doing somewhere you can link?

Once a user clicks on message link on other user’s profile, the user will be redirected to his own profile page filled with the other user name as receiver in messages tab automatically, this is how the messaging feature works.
