How do I add wideo to my wordpress.com blogg?

    Hi again out there.
    I tried to get a short wideo that I made into my wordpress.com blogg.
    The wideo is only about two minutes long, but it seems forewer to get it loaded. Could anyone tell me the best procedure to get a video from my computer into the blogg? ( For wideo making I use movie maker and Photostory 3.
    Also they said that the maximum length of the video is 1GB. How many minutes (aprox) of wideo is 1GB?
