Blank page while importing astra starter template to fresh wordpress

I am having the same issue.

i had the issue with Safari browser. I used Firefox and no problems.

I can confirm it’s a Safari Browser issue.

I used Safari Version 15.6 (17613.3.9.1.5)
I dont have video but i took screenshots. But how to add images here or video?

1. Safari is the latest 15.6
2. I don’t have mod_substitute installed on Apache so the directive above won’t work. I don’t really have the use for mod_substitute so to install it for one plugin, it does not make sense
3. No screenshot, but in essence WSOD when initiating the onboarding wizard

I asked one of my colleagues who used Mac, and he didn’t have any issue with Safari. This is the video he created for us.

Hello! I am facing exactly the same issue as described above:

– Fresh installation of the latest WordPress (6.0.1.)
– Added the Astra template
– Added the Astra plugin with starter templates
– When I choose literally ANY starter template I can see a left bar for a second and then everything goes blank

Ipad Pro 12,9 (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) and Macbook Air (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) – everywhere the same issue.

Please I need it to get work asap :/

for me it worked that I used Firefox instead of Safari, and cleared all cookies and history. Thats all I did. Hope you get that solved. it’s pain in the a.ss

We finally were able to replicate this and have fixed the issue too. We will include the fix for this issue in the next update that would be released soon.

I’m having the same issue and I’m using the latest version (just installed 3.1.16) and Chrome.
(WooCommerce, WPML installed) “SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M” is added to .htaccess file.

– I’m able to see your template library
– I’m able to select one (Organic template) and add our logo
– After I select a font on the next page, click the button
then, I just see a light gray colored blank page.

Hi, Same as above (eriweb) and not able to edit the page in elementor as it stuck on the loading screen, but im able to create a blank page and edit with elementor.
