    Hi,
after updating from 3.6.6, some elements don’t work on old devices like an iPhone6.

For example: accordion/toggle: when you click them, the page reloads to the top. And they don’t open.

Video with image overlay: when you click the play button on the image, nothing happens.

Any entrance animation doesn’t work, and the elements with animation are not displayed.

When rolling back to 3.6.6 all is working again. (3.6.7 and 3.6.8 have that issues).

    Hi,
I’ve created a new clean WordPress installation in a test domain. Only with Elementor FREE.
I’ve added to the homepage an accordion + a toggle + a video with Image overlay + an image with entry animation.

With the last version 3.6.8, all of that it’s not working on old devices. I’ve tested with iPhone6 (year 2014) and mini iPad from the year 2013: the accordion and toggle don’t open, the “play” button does nothing, and the image is not present.
(It works fines with a new mobile or on a desktop with chrome for example).

Rolling back to 3.6.6 and then all works fine on the old device iPhone6.

Now it’s with 3.6.8 so you can test the issue.

Here is the new and clean installation:

Any WordPress configuration and Elementor are default settings.

I’ve taken the time to set up new hosting for this clean installation. I’ll appreciate it if you can take the time to look at this issue!

    Thanks!

Hi, the Safari and iOS versions you are using on outdated devices do not support modern standards in web dev. Our developers are looking for a possible solution for such issues. In the meanwhile what I can suggest as a workaround is to roll back to version 3.6.6 and see if it helps
