Help Designing my Theme

I am trying to build my site like this one. I am new to wordpress but I have worked on another wordpress site. I am looking for a template that is similar that I can turn into something similar to that site but not the same. The things that I like about the site are the layout, rollover navigation effect, the main header image that changes to show the various services, and the colors. If someone could point me in the direction of a similar theme that I can purchase or download it would be highly appreciated.
