Does QuadMenu work with FSE blocks?

Hi:

Learning how to create sites using blocks. I’ve been working in a MAMP site and trying to activate QuadMenu and it doesn’t seem to work. Since I can’t really access the theme files I can’t place the shortcode either.

Just wanted to check whether QuadMenu is meant to work with FSE themes before I spend too much time trying to get it to work. Working with Twenty-twenty-two theme.
