    Hello everybody.

I saw in another topic that a user reported that he had a problem similar to mine, but that he solved it by clearing the litespeed cache.
I don’t use the litespeed plugin but I use WP-Optimize 3.2.6 which didn’t solve my problem.
Other pages have this problem, the second is with the same URL but with “pt/about us/” and the other is “es/nosotros/”, the whole site follows a pattern of custom colors in light blue and images like banners at the top of almost every page and on those pages appear with default theme colors, which I put.
I went to many forums and didn’t find any solution. I’ve changed themes and nothing works.
Anyone who can help me with this problem will be very grateful.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @sandropaiva

Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,
then make sure that you are clear:
your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if
you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).
Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

    Hi @ozyeger

I regenerated the CSS, cleared the cache, disabled all plugins and changed the theme (it was Hello-Elementor and I put OceanWP).
The only change I noticed was when I turned off Elementor after turning off all the others.

Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi @sandropaiva

Try Switching the CSS print method in “Elementor > Settings > Advanced” on the WordPress Dashboard.

    Hi @ozyeger

I did the procedure but it didn’t work.

I had even solved the problem by cloning the site, but when making adjustments, the page /pt/home-pt/ had green buttons.

Even though I’m not using Elementor Pro, this shouldn’t happen.

This is causing me a big problem as the delivery time for this site is already over two weeks ago.

    Hi @sandropaiva

Can you send some screenshots, please?

@sandropaiva Hi, I am having the same exact problem, could you advise how you resolved it? Huge thanks!

Hi @sandropaiva, I am having the same issue. I see changes on Elementor editor but doesn’t reflect in the preview or live site page.

    Yvonne Elementor – 1.0.0

Tried all 4 below but still no success.

    1. WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
    2. Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard
    3. Tried Incognito mode to check but no sucesss
    4. Cleared cache on server side (contacted Bluehost and have cleared caches from server)

    Can you help please?

    Thanks,

    Lou

Hi @louella , I hope you are doing well.

Well, I solved my problem by downgrading the version of ellementor.

Unfortunately I don’t remember which one exactly, but I tried one by one until it resolved.

I tried everything and only version refresh solved it.

I hope this information helps you.

Hi @sandropaiva thanks for your response. My Elementor and theme versions are below. What current version do you have?

    Elementor – 3.11.0 (By Elementor.com)

Yvonne Elementor – 1.0.0 (By Shtheme)

    Thanks,
    Louella

    Hi @louella.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to answer you.

The project I was working on was finished six months ago and has been taken over by other people.

Then I lost access to WordPress that has Ellementor installed.

I’m sorry I can’t give you more information about this.
