Creating Sitemap

    Hello and good day.

    Quick question about creating the sitemap.

    I selected dedicated page and gave it the url.

    But when I click open in html sitemap, there is nothing on the page.

    So I guess I am wondering if the sitemap is created by the plugin (if I give it a url of a page that does not exist) or if I should create the page and use the Shortcode function.

    Does AIOSEO create the sitemap or do I have to create the site map manually and assign the dedicated page to it ot the shortcode.

    Hi @rayeason,

    When you select Dedicated Page for the HTML sitemap, AIOSEO will create the sitemap and page for the URL/slug entered if it doesn’t exist.

    Be sure to have the Enable Sitemap toggled On and check your HTML sitemap settings.
