Probably works fine but support is slow and not helpful

My developer recommended this plugin to add video previews to my product site so I bought it. Developer could not get it to work and opened a ticket. Never heard back so they decided to do something else instead. Requested a refund and then they finally got back with the support question. Told them that it was too late and we already bought something else and I would like my money back. They still would not refund my money and are not answering messages anymore, totaly ghosted me and took my money. Don’t bother with this company.
