Please double-check to make sure that your phone number is verified, and that all information is filled on WooCommerce’s Store Address settings, including the postal code.

If that doesn’t help, please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, and let us know if you find any generated log file for the “Google Listings & Ads” plugin.

You can select a recent log from the dropdown under WooCommerce→Status→Logs. You can also look for any fatal error logs under the same drop-down and share them with us.

Did you by any chance find any fatal errors by following the steps outlined above? You will need to look for a log that contains fatal-errors.log from the drop down to find it.

We recommend testing attempting the connection with the only plugins enabled on the site being WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads. This would help understand if maybe some code from another plugin was affecting the connection?

Let us know how it goes.

Why did you mark this as resolved? I deactivated all the plugins and leave only WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads active, but still the same error. The button is still none clickable
