Custom loader?

    I’m experimenting with server-side solution that uses a custom loader, like
    https://server-side.domain.com/arbitrary-loader.js instead of gtm.js.

    But of course in GTM4WP plugin you can only customize the hostname, not the loader file name.

    Wondering if this is a use case that you’d considered supporting, or if it’s come up before? Currently the way I’d do this with your plugin is by disabling the script output under “Container code ON/OFF” and then injecting the entire script with custom code.
