Show content only if field has specific value

Hi,
I’d like to build upon the code shown in the Hiding empty fields example (https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/hiding-empty-fields/)
It’s not just about show/hide if there’s content in the field, but also WHAT the content is. So if it’s equal to the word “clock” then show. If not, show nothing etc…
Can anyone help?
