Conflict with YOAST Premium 19.1

the proven and much loved plugin Async JavaScript (version 2.21.08.31) collides since yesterday with the latest update of YOAST Premium version 19.1

so what brakes exactly and what JS errors are shown on the browser console?

For some strange reason, I can’t manage to exclude the Premium plugin in the Async JavaScript settings… the same is true when I exclude the JS files individually.

can you explain what you mean by that?

The cause of the error might be the new feature “Front-end SEO inspector”.

that’s for editors/ administrators I assume, have you tried unticking the “Also enable Async JavaScript for logged in users?” option?

have put commons-premium-1910.min.js and frontend-inspector-1910.min.js into the field “Scripts to Exclude”, comma seperated, but the mistakes remain.

why complicated when it can be simple ?? thank you, solved (or at least the error is no longer visible). THANKS

the alternative would be to add wp-includes/js/dist or even wp-includes/js/ to the exclusion list, but I would go with the checkbox solution ??
