payment instructions shotcode

If I select the checkbox saying “Do not insert payment instructions into the [edd_receipt] shortcode.” in EDD > SETTINGS > Payments > MCC

then on checkout page the payment instructions do not appear , so is there a way of making them appear on a page by entering a shortcode ? so that I can customize the layout a bit
